REFUND POLICY

ONE SESSION DROP-IN CLASSES

Students may request a refund up to 1 day before the start of class and 3 days before a limited seats class. Credit for Houdini.School will be issued after the cancellation cutoff.

MULTI-SESSION COURSES

Students may request a refund up to 1 day before the start of the course. Students may also withdraw from Multi-Session Courses at any time and are entitled to a pro-rated refund. Withdrawal date must be 1 day before the next class they intend to drop.

MULTI-SESSION INTENSIVES (LIMITED SEATS)

You may request a refund up to 7 days before the start of class. If your cancellation is less than 7 days in advance, you will receive credit for Houdini.School.

 

RECORDED CLASSES

Students may request a refund up to 1 day before the start of recorded self-paced class if it has not started yet.

CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS

If Houdini.School cancels any class(s), students will receive a full refund. If Houdini.School postpones a class, students will be given the option to stay in the class, receive class credit or receive a refund. If students miss a class, no refunds or credit will be given.

HOW TO DROP A CLASS

Please send a request to drop a class via email to support @houdini.school.

Your written request to drop any or all of your classes must include:

  • Student’s full name

  • Name of the course(s) being dropped
